My heart is broken, you have left me with a massive hole forever. The best boss I’ve ever had, and the best friend. There was no things you couldn’t make work, there was no questions you couldn’t answer. Thanks to you Richard I know how to fix a blocked sink, thanks to you Im here where I am now and you’ve helped me grow and become who i am. I’ve spent 15years at the Smoke Stack, and the last 7 years with you, sharing the dungeon office five days a week, sharing crazy ideas, laughing and crying together. You were always by my side when I needed you and I was there for you but sadly not on that day 😢 I Will miss you lots and I can’t ever imagine Smoke Stack without you💔
