Although some of the messiest years of my life, these were some of the best and all made possible by the amazing man who brought us all together, Richard Forbes. As well as being a great boss, he became a good friend too. He helped so many people in his time on this planet, its such a shame we couldn't help him too 💔 You will be missed by many, Richard and hopefully when this is all over we can pay a fitting tribute to your life with one last Basement get together.
 
Just watching everyone with masks on the street reminded me today of the days we used to decorate the Basement. I remember painting almost the whole back stage orange with a spray gun, paint up my nose, in my ears, when Richard appeared with the face masks… He did bring pints and pizza too 😊
 
His DIY skills extended to our flat on a few occasions too, getting us out of a few dodgy plumbing scenarios.
 
And the time we ‘got married’ in Italy and when it all went wrong, he helped us along with all of our wonderful guests make it such a special day by providing some top tunes to walk down the aisle to.
 
So many wonderful memories and tales, I could be here all day.
